We've got tickets now, w4 has sorted it and the bloke with 2 points will have to watch it with his Sunday lunch on his lap. All is well

How can you be considered an armchair fan if you have a season ticket?

Re: Spurs away...
w4 you can have my tickets if you want, I'm an armchair anyway.

No idea how I got them with just 1 PP.

Re: Spurs away...
The club earns very little from the sale of away tickets so I guess whilst they have a perfectly good system that is easy for everyone to use and in the past has been called on on few occasions why spend the money developing a new system?

As for different points for different games, I know plenty of Northern based hammers who are season ticket holders, why should they be rewarded for games closer to where they live and are easier to get to?

The bottom line is W4hammer fucked up and is now bitching about " all the glory hunters are now packing their awayday bags again!" when that's the very reason he's not got his tickets because that's what his mate is.

Re: Spurs away...
I've always managed somehow to get a ticket for this, even after I packed in My season ticket. I suppose I should be grateful for the general feeling of apathy that we all had under Allardyce that allowed this fixture to make general sale when we won 3-0. I must admit I turned up expecting the worst that day but you just have to front it out sometimes. Now everything's changed, we're sexy and I've got no chance this time and will end up down the pub. I know it's been all ticket for a while now, but just can't remember when it stopped that you could just turn up and pay on the door? When was that? Mid 80's?

Log in and click on points. Although they seem to have changed the LAY OUT, and removed the games the points total was in the bottom corner still.

Well it was when I checked last Wednesday?

You can check how many points you have online.

Re: Spurs away...
Is that true that the north east games earn you more points or am i being stupid here.....

W4ammer has a point, the system can be a bit shit regarding you cant check how many points you have and you cant do it online

Re: Spurs away...
I think the system works and is fair.

Only issue for me and it is MY issue is that I have used mates and family members who have loads of points, or ex contacts at the club to sort my away trips - which is catch 22, means I always get a ticket, however I never build up my own points.

Like a youth driving on their parents insurance.

I'm going to just have to try this season to get tickets for the unpopular games (if there are any) and build up that way. However I don't see any going to 0 point users.

Just got to hope.

Fully my own fault though.

I don't have an issue with the current system (probably because I've never had an unsuccessful application) but it really should be online by now.

i) Why? Bluntly, the lowest point person doesn't deserve a ticket.

ii) Indeed, that's poor.

iii) Agreed, poor.

iv) Too hard to manage (not technically) - where's the 'hard-to-get-to' line? Is the bloke who goes to Sunderland a more loyal supporter who goes to Southampton and Bournemouth? Or the bloke who goes to all of the London games?

Re: Spurs away...
You can do it online. Fill out the form on Word, then email it in. I've been doing it for years.

Re: Spurs away...
The people that tend to moan are the ones who dont fucking realise it goes by the lowest client ref on the form.

Split them over a couple of forms or actually read how it works
